项目概述

Project overview

宁波中心大厦位于浙江省宁波市鄞州区东部新城核心区，总建筑高度409米，地下三层，地上80层，总建筑面积约24万平方米，含国际甲级写字楼和世界顶级奢华的超五星级酒店业态。项目由美国SOM事务所担纲建筑设计，是浙江省第一高楼。

Ningbo center building is located in the core area of the new town in the east of Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, with a total building height of 409 meters, three floors underground and 80 floors above the ground, and a total building area of about 240000 square meters, including international class A office buildings and the world's top luxury super five-star hotel formats. The project is designed by SOM Office of the United States, and is the tallest building in Zhejiang Province.

Design concept

大厦以 “莲花” 为设计灵感溯源，照明遵循 “莲韵流转” 逻辑，从基底到顶端，灯光层次递进、动静相宜，让大厦如出水莲花般在夜幕中亭亭玉立，彰显“朝露映晨曦，风吹新荷动”的勃勃生机和浙江第一高楼的挺拔身姿。借光影传递宁波开放包容、向上生长的城市性格，使建筑成为串联地域文化与现代活力的光影载体，以灯光书写莲与城、古与今交融的宁波故事，点亮独属于这座城市的夜之华章。

The building takes "Lotus" as the design inspiration, and the lighting follows the logic of "Lotus rhyme circulation". From the base to the top, the lighting level is progressive, and the dynamic and static are appropriate, so that the building stands like a water lotus in the night, showing the vitality of "morning dew reflects the morning light, the wind blows the new Lotus" and the tall and straight posture of the tallest building in Zhejiang Province. Through the light and shadow transmission of Ningbo's open, inclusive and upward growing urban character, the building has become a light and shadow carrier connecting regional culture and modern vitality. The light is used to write the story of Ningbo, which is a blend of lotus and city, ancient and modern, and to light up the unique night of the city.

Project implementation

灯光照明紧扣“莲花”这一核心意象，我们将莲的清雅、向上姿态融入光影语言，建筑基底以柔和暖光铺陈，如莲之生长沃土，传递城市烟火温度；立面借线条灯勾勒菱形肌理，似莲瓣层叠，灯光明暗交替间，复刻莲花绽放的灵动韵律，呼应宁波江南水乡的温婉底蕴，强化建筑形态辨识度。顶部以聚焦高光打造 “莲心” 视觉焦点，塑造城市夜景天际线的璀璨标识。

Lighting is closely linked to the core image of "Lotus". We integrate the elegant and upward posture of lotus into the language of light and shadow. The building base is paved with soft and warm light, such as the fertile soil for the growth of lotus, conveying the temperature of urban fireworks; The facade uses line lights to outline the rhombic texture, which looks like the lotus petals stacked. The lights alternate between light and dark, reproducing the flexible rhythm of the blooming lotus, echoing the gentle details of Jiangnan Water Town in Ningbo, and strengthening the identification of architectural form. At the top, the "lotus heart" visual focus is created by focusing highlights, creating a bright logo of the city's night skyline.

裙房

大厦入口位置，灯光沿雨棚几何结构延伸，精准勾勒硬朗轮廓，借明暗层次强化立体感，让建筑结构成为视觉焦点，直观呈现设计巧思。通透玻璃幕墙实现室内外光线自然交融，夜间室内光场向外晕染，打破空间界限，营造开放包容氛围，使入口成为连接内外、呼应烟火的过渡带。周边景观照明简约，地灯、绿植微光与建筑呼应，构建“建筑 - 景观 - 城市”生态，让照明成空间延伸。
At the entrance of the building, the lighting extends along the geometric structure of the canopy, accurately outlines the strong outline, strengthens the three-dimensional sense through the light and dark levels, makes the building structure become the visual focus, and visually presents the design ideas. The transparent glass curtain wall realizes the natural integration of indoor and outdoor light, and the indoor light field is colored outward at night, breaking space boundaries, creating an open and inclusive atmosphere, making the entrance a transition zone connecting the inside and outside, echoing fireworks. The surrounding landscape lighting is simple, and the low light of ground lamps and green plants echo with buildings, so as to build a "building landscape city" ecology, and make lighting a spatial extension.

塔身

幕墙之上，线性灯光沿建筑肌理有序排布，精准嵌入玻璃接缝，借冷色调光效，勾勒出规整且富有韵律的竖向线条。这些灯光并非单纯装饰，而是以极简方式强化建筑轮廓 —— 白天隐于幕墙，与玻璃共筑简洁立面；夜幕降临，化作建筑 “骨骼”，清晰呈现结构秩序，让百米高空的建筑中部，成为城市天际线中兼具理性与美感的存在。
On the curtain wall, linear lights are orderly arranged along the building texture, accurately embedded in the glass joints, and the regular and rhythmic vertical lines are outlined by the cold tone lighting effect. These lights are not simply decorative, but in a minimalist way to strengthen the building outline - hidden in the curtain wall during the day, building a simple facade with glass; When night falls, it becomes the "skeleton" of the building, clearly showing the structural order, and making the middle part of the building at a height of 100 meters become a rational and aesthetic existence in the urban skyline.

光的设计充分考量建筑功能与城市景观。既通过均匀布光避免光污染，实现节能与环境友好；又借玻璃幕墙的反射特性，将城市夜景片段纳入建筑立面，使建筑成为城市夜景的 “二次画布”，让身处地面或高空的观者，都能从这组灯光里，读懂建筑对城市语境的呼应，以及我们以光赋形、以形传意的设计逻辑。
The design of light fully considers the architectural function and urban landscape. It can avoid light pollution through uniform light distribution and realize energy saving and environment-friendly; Taking advantage of the reflective characteristics of the glass curtain wall, the night scene of the city is incorporated into the building facade, making the building a "secondary canvas" of the night scene of the city, so that the viewer on the ground or at high altitude can understand the echo of the building to the urban context and the design logic of using light to shape and convey meaning.

塔冠

塔冠部分的灯光设计与实施，是我们打造城市天际线亮点的关键所在。从设计理念上，我们紧紧围绕建筑顶部独特的造型。形似莲花融合的塔冠轮廓，在灯光的映照下，被赋予了全新的生命力。我们精心布置了点状与线状相结合的灯具，点状灯光均匀分布在40米高的塔冠玻璃幕墙区域，如同夜空中闪烁的繁星，既增添了灵动之感，又凸显了建筑的科技感与现代感。
The lighting design and implementation of the tower crown is the key to creating the highlights of the urban skyline. From the design concept, we closely focus on the unique shape of the top of the building. The shape of the lotus fused tower crown is endowed with new vitality under the light. We have carefully arranged point and line lamps. The point lights are evenly distributed in the glass curtain wall area of the 40 meter high tower crown, just like the twinkling stars in the night sky, which not only adds a sense of flexibility, but also highlights the sense of technology and Modernity of the building.

而线状灯光则沿着塔冠的结构线条勾勒，强化了建筑的立体轮廓。在色调选择上，采用了暖白与冷白交替的方式。暖白光营造出温馨而柔和的氛围，拉近建筑与城市居民的距离；冷白光则带来简洁明快的视觉冲击，展现出建筑的挺拔与高雅。
The linear light is drawn along the structural lines of the tower crown, which strengthens the three-dimensional outline of the building. In terms of hue selection, the way of alternating warm white and cold white is adopted. Warm white light creates a warm and soft atmosphere, which shortens the distance between buildings and urban residents; The cold white light brings a simple and lively visual impact, showing the straightness and elegance of the building.
